To stand in the doorway at night and smell the obscure scent of first snow in the air makes me think of my home country. Where I come from the winters are the longest and darkest. Maybe because of that the people are the warmest.
Just in that instant I miss it so much that the taste of snow in the air slightly resembles the taste of tears.

Fanfiction ratings for Beginners

Just for those of you who are new to fanfiction, I have compiled a short list of the most common fanficiton terms and the meaning of the ratings. It could come in handy if you would like to avoid more explicit content or have more of it ;)

K : Intended for general audience 5 years and older. Content should be free of any coarse language, violence, and adult themes.

K+ : Suitable for more mature childen, 9 years and older, with minor action violence without serious injury. May contain mild coarse language. Should not contain any adult themes.

T : Suitable for teens, 13 years and older, with some violence, minor coarse language, and minor suggestive adult themes.

M : Not suitable for children or teens below the age of 16 with possible strong but non-explicit adult themes, references to violence, and strong coarse language.

NC-17 /MA : Age 18+ . May contain explicit language and adult themes.

I mentioned my Goddess Solanyxe in an earlier post but I have to mention her again. She is amazing. She makes fanvids that rock and write fanfiction that blows my mind.

What I particularly like about her writings is the fact that she manages to stay in subject and characters so blatantly good that you can really see them behave and talk as they do in the series.
She is also really good in using the blanks in the original storyboard to add stories that could be completely plausible for the official storyline.

I wish I could write like this, so I am going to persevere and try my best.

Pillow Book: "Same people"

It is absolutely lovely to sit outside a small cafe, in a square, sipping a rich warm coffee in the late autumn when the wind has blown all of the leaves to the ground. Watching the people passing hurridly in the cold when suddenly the sun bursts out behind a cloud and for just a fraction of a second all people have the same thought in their head: "Oh, how nice, the sun came out!".
For just that small fraction of time we all share something equally, no matter how distant we are to each other in real life.

It gets better

Love is all that matters.

charcoal black ignited embers defending their perimeters until it burns through

sweetly green sprouts crisping in the light waiting to be chewed in succulence

Holy cow, YunJae really is true...

I am not kidding...after this compilation even I cannot deny it anymore ;) (and I am usually very persistent in not believing everything you hear...)



If these boys are not an item then I have seen couples touching each other less loving during years than what Yunho and Jaejoong is doing during five minutes!

Background for those who dont know: Hero Jaejoong and U-know Yunho is part of the korean pop group DBSK. They are supposedly only good friends and in displaying touches and hugs they are doing "fan service" which is very popular in asian cultures. Only this time even the most rabid fans are having problems believing they are "only" friends.

Background for those who don't know: SungKyunKwan Scandal is a korean drama of 20 episodes about a girl who disguises as a man to pursuit studies in the 1700 in Korea. Of course the drama is full of gorgeous guys and some of the best acting I have ever seen.

Of special mention in acting are Yoo Ah In and Song Joong Ki that also happen to play super best friends in the series. This of course leads to all the fans going bonkers as the two gorgeous guys often give fanservice - giving rise to the flourishing gay tendencies of this series. I personally ADORE them - right now they are my new obsession!
